Your confirmed vehicle class and required capacity are protected. The exact make, model, and colour may vary according to the licensed fleet available for your route.
Does the passenger limit include children and infants?
Yes. Every adult, child, and infant counts toward the stated passenger capacity, including passengers who require a child seat.
How should I calculate luggage capacity?
Count large suitcases and cabin bags separately using the capacity shown on each vehicle card. Pushchairs, wheelchairs, sports equipment, and oversized items may require additional space.
Can the selected vehicle class change after booking?
An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be supplied when operationally necessary, but it must provide suitable passenger and luggage capacity for the confirmed booking.
