How can I change or cancel a booking?
Open the booking in your passenger account to check the available change or cancellation options and the conditions that apply. Contact support with your booking reference when self-service is unavailable.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide a valid flight number when booking. Where flight monitoring is available, the provider can coordinate pickup timing under the waiting policy shown in your confirmation.
